Refund policy

Merchandise  Please return any unwanted items within 30 days of receipt and email us at roastery@coffeelab.co.uk to let us know, stating your name, order number and reason for return. Once the item is received undamaged and in its original packaging we will issue a refund to the original payment method.  Please note that it can take some time for refunds to be processed by your bank, but if you have not received a refund 15 days after returning your item please get in touch with us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. 

Coffee We do not automatically accept returns for coffee products but if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at roastery@coffeelab.co.uk and we will try to find a solution.
